Despite China's efforts in opposing & proposals to designate JeM chief by 3 permanent members of the UNSC; finally, Pak-based JeM chief has been listed as a global terrorist. Now what? The actions against him are still not clear but his designation as global terrorist means it would effectively lead to a shutdown of his organization & terror camps; and Assets freeze, travel ban & arms embargo are the legal ramifications.
