Pangong Lake opened for tourists amid India-China border standoff along LAC

Months after the deadly clash between Indian and Chinese troops at the Galwan valley, Pangong Tso lake in Ladakh has been opened for tourists. Tourists who want to visit Pangong will have to apply for Inner Line Permit at DC office Leh near polo-ground. You can also apply for ILP online. The movement of tourists was restricted last year after the deadly clash amid a months-long standoff along the Line of Actual Control.
