Retired Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Shamsher Khan Pathan said, "During the 26/11 terrorist attacks, Param Bir Singh, the then DIG ATS, confiscated terrorist Ajmal Kasab's phone, ensuring that phone never appeared during the probe or trial."
