Phones banned within 100 m radius of poll booths, voters cant take selfies

Voters cant take selfies in front of the polling booth as the ECI has banned the use of cell phones during voting. No one will be able to carry mobile phones up to a 100m radius from the booths, including media persons. There is no provision to keep phones at the booth. The rule is mainly imposed to maintain law & order. Voters living abroad can cast in designated polling booths only, not through any other medium.
