Ethiopian airlines (Boeing 737 Max) crashed three weeks ago which took off from Jakarta, 189 people on board were killed. The cause of it was described as anti-stalling system failure which led the planes to nose down 20 minutes (450 ft in air) after the take-off. Boeing has redesigned the software that would disable MCAS if it receives conflicting data & will install extra warning system; however detailed report is awaited.
