At a time, when China and the whole world is busy fighting coronavirus, PM Modi today cancelled his visit to Belgium that was scheduled for next week due to the virus fear. The Belgian capital Brussels was expected to host the next India-European Union Summit, focussed at strengthening the strategic partnership. In Feb, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar had visited Brussels to observe the groundwork for the visit.
