New York Attorney General Letitia James said the police officers who were involved in the death of Daniel Prude, a 41-year-old mentally distraught Black man, won't face any charges. The cops put a hood over Prude's head and pressed his body against the pavement until he stopped breathing. The incident happened last March. Letitia said the grand jury didn't feel that the officers had committed a crime.
