Air India operated special flights from India to Frankfurt with relief materials and evacuated European nationals who were stranded in India. It was a pleasant surprise when Pakistan ATC praised Air India for operating special flights. As they entered in the Pak's FIR region, Pak ATC greeted them with Assalaam Alaikum!'; stating this is Karachi's control welcoming AI for relief flights and also wished good luck.
