According to the findings by the National Investigation Agency in the Pulwama attack last year that led to the death of 40 Indian soldiers, Islamabad was involved in financing and providing assistance to the terrorists. According to the chargesheet by NIA that will be filed shortly, Pakistan’s spy agency, ISI and its proxy, Jaish-e-Mohammad, planned and executed the state-sponsored attack. The terrorists were trained in Pak.
