Former Mumbai Police Commissioner Rakesh Maria, in his book, 'Let Me Say It Now' revealed that Deven Bharti, chief of Maharashtra ATS who was then a Mumbai Police joint commissioner, did not tell him that he knew Peter Mukerjea. Peter, along with his ex-wife Indrani, is accused in the 2012 murder of his step-daughter Sheena Bora. However, Bharti has denied the allegations and claimed Maria of being influenced by a scriptwriter.
