International Red Cross wants the children of foreign fighters from the Islamic State group in Syria to be allowed to return to their countries of origin. The children are living without their parents at a camp in Syria that holds 80,000 - 100,000 people displaced in the assault by US-backed forces against the last IS holdout. About 10,000 foreign women & children with ties to IS are held in a separate area of the camp.
