In a bid to attracts more workers amid the coronavirus pandemic, the restaurants and stores in the United States have started raising pay. Amazon, Walmart and Costco were some of the first businesses to raise pay to $15 an hour or higher. The same suit has been followed by McDonald’s, Sheetz and Chipotle. Restaurants, bars and stores are facing a shortage of workers amid the coronavirus pandemic outbreak.
