The Donald Trump-led US administration is up against another challenge as 17 individuals and organisations, including universities and businesses, have filed a lawsuit to challenge the new H1-B visa rule by the US Department of Labor. "Frankly, the last thing we need during a (COVID-19) pandemic and economic turmoil is a rule based on a false and incorrect understanding of the market and American workforce," said Jesse Bless.
