Russia has rejected the reports raising safety concerns over its coronavirus vaccine, calling the reports "groundless". According to the Russian administration, the first batch of its Covid-19 vaccine would be ready for some medics within two weeks. The Russian Federation on Tuesday became the first country to grant regulatory approval to a COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine is yet to complete its final trials.
