As the connectivity between North Korea and Russia remains disrupted due to coronavirus restrictions, eight Russian diplomats and family members had to use a hand-pushed rail trolley to return to their country from Pyongyang. The family members of the diplomats include a 3-year-old girl. The trolley laden with suitcases and women was pushed by Third Secretary Vladislav Sorokin, the only man in the group.
