S Jaishankar leaves for Moscow from Tehran to discuss Taliban

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar is leaving for Moscow to discuss the Taliban issue and other developments in Afghanistan after the troops' pullout by US. The External Affairs Minister will be making a fuel stop in Iran where he is expected to meet with officials in Tehran. The minister is likely to meet his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov to set the grounds for Vladimir Putin's forthcoming visit to India.
