Saudi mothers win rights to child custody

The women Saudi Arabia has gained a breakthrough as the country will now allow the divorced mothers to retain the custody of their children without filing a lawsuit. The new process was mentioned in a circular to the courts from Minister of Justice and President of the Higher Council of the Judiciary Shaikh Walid Al Samaani. This is an effort to empower Saudi women under Kingdom’s reform 2030 initiative.
