SC: Centre cant withhold documents from disclosure under the RTI Act

The Supreme Court says centre cant withhold any documents from disclosure under the RTI Act citing national security if it's proved that retention of such info produces greater harm than disclosing it. This was noted by Justice K M Joseph & said that info will not be given for mere asking.; Section 24 of RTI Act also highlights the importance attached to the unrelenting crusade against corruption & violation of human rights.
