SC issues notice to lawyer supporting CJI to explain his 'conspiracy' claims

Recently the Chief Justice of India, Ranjan Gogoi was alleged that he sexually abused a former Supreme Court employee but he strongly denied the allegations. It was later revealed that the lady was given money to do so and nothing like this actually happened. And now the apex court has issued a notice to lawyer Utsav Bains to explain his affidavit and clarify his claims of it being a conspiracy to remove CJI.
