Schools must reduce fees as overhead costs have come down: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court today observed that schools and educational institutes must reduce fees as classes are running online and their running and overhead costs of maintenance, electricity, petrol/diesel to run generators, water cost, stationery charges have come down. The apex court further said that demanding fees for facilities that are not being provided would mean “profiteering and commercialization”.
