ShareChat removed 4.8 lakh posts & 54,404 accounts for violating community guidelines & terms of use. It's the largest Indic language platform with over 4.5 crore users & 14 language options. The removal is specifically targeted accounts indulged in the sharing of harmful or abusive content, engaging in disruptive behaviour. ShareChat opted a voluntary code of ethics to support ECI to ensure a fair election process.
