The massive container that blocked the Suez Canal is costing nearly $400 million per hour as the regular passage of the ships through the crucial canal remains blocked. The container weighing 200,000 metric tons has been moved alongside the bank of the waterway to ease the disruption but the route may not get fully cleared before the weekend. An elite salvage squad will arrive Thursday to dislodge the Ever Given from the bank.
