In a shocking and unbelievable incident, a couple from Pennsylvania stuffed their child inside a closet and allegedly nailed wooden planks on the door before leaving home to attend a birthday party. The nine-year-old child of Shawn and Tammy Jo Waulk remained in the closet of their house for over an hour. The couple has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and recklessly endangering the welfare of another person.
