Some good news is coming from the Kashmir valley, as normalcy has been restored in the valley and shops remained open the whole day for the first time since the abrogation of Article 370 on August 5. Broadband services are also expected to be restored by the end of this week. Earlier, the shops were opening only between 7 to 11 in the morning and 5 to 8 in the evening due to the threat of militants.
