A 30-year-old man was forced to remain quarantine inside his car even after completing his quarantine period. The youth, Madhaba Patra had already spent 14 days in quarantine in Berhampur and also tested negative for Covid-19. He received his clearance papers from the authorities concerned and left for Dolaba in his car but villagers asked him to remain in quarantine despite seeing his clearance paper.
