South Korea fighting second wave of Covid19 outbreak, trainee doctors end strike

Thousands of trainee doctors in South Korea ended the strike to resume their duties after two weeks as the country prepares to fight the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic. According to the Korea Center for Disease Control and Prevention, 136 new cases of the pandemic were reported on Monday. The total cases of the Covid19 pandemic in the country stand at 21,432 with the death toll being 341.
