Political Science student, Esha Bahal has been named British High Commissioner for 24 hours after winning a competition organised by the British High Commission (BHC) for women in the age group 18-23 to celebrate the International Day of the Girl Child on October 11. She won amongst 58 video submission on the theme "What does gender equality mean to you?". Her commitment to women's rights was applauded by BHC.
