People who skip breakfast and eat dinner near bedtime have worse outcomes after a heart attack. People with the two eating habits has a 4 to 5- time higher likelihood of death, heart attack, or chest pain within 30 days after hospital discharge for heart attack. Previous studies had found people who miss breakfast and have late dinner are more likely to have unhealthy habits like smoking or less physical activity.
