It is reported that 61% of parents use social media to monitor their children's activities. The study states that mothers are more likely to do so and almost all parents want to have knowledge about what their children are doing in their lives. However, the study also says that almost two-thirds of parents would want to give their children space to make mistakes while also ensuring their children's safety.
