A lawyer Abdel-Adheem Hassan says the internet has been restored for him only, after a 3-week shutdown. He filed a case in a personal capacity and won the lawsuit against telecom operator Zain Sudan over the blackout ordered by Sudan's military rulers. The internet was cut off after security violently diffused protesters in central Khartoum. Currently, Hassan is the only civilian to access the internet.
