Tablighi Jamaat Event: 960 blacklisted foreigners banned in India for 10 years

A total of 960 blacklisted foreign nationals have been banned from entering India for 10 years for attending a religious congregation at Delhi’s Nizamuddin Markaz in March, after they violated the lockdown amid Covod19 outbreak. The members of markaz were among the active carriers of the deadly coronavirus disease and infected many people specially in Delhi and Tamil Nadu. Delhi Police had started a probe in the matter earlier.
