Tehelka's founder Tarun Tejpal trial to continue, SC calls it a very serious case

Quashing a plea filed by Tehelka magazine founder Tarun Tejpal, SC asked a Goa court to finish the trial within six months. Tarun, who is accused of sexually assaulting a woman employee during an event in Goa in 2013, petitioned the SC to set aside the rape charges against him. While hearing his plea SC said that sexual assault is a very serious offence and morally abhorrent case and there can be no further delay.
