The winter storm in Texas triggered an unprecedented water crisis, forcing people to stand in long queues to get drinking water. "I've been up since five o'clock. And I've been on the road since six. And I know it's 11:30 but I'm gonna sit here until, I mean, I have no choice," said Houston resident Percy McGee. Texas Commission on Environmental Quality head Tony Baker said nearly 264,000 people were affected by the water crisis.
