Thailand bans public gatherings to stop spread

Thailand has banned all public gatherings to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus. The order restricts people from public gatherings or activities for unlawful purposes that risks spreading the virus. It has also banned any act that aggravates others’ suffering and pranks. Spreading saliva on elevator buttons is also a punishable offense now. Violation of the order will result in maximum 2 years imprisonment.
