As confirmed by the presentation made by the Minister of State for Defence Subhash Bhamre for PM Modi on the "Make in India" for defence, it has been concluded that the initiative is witnessing lack of accountability, too many decision points, and a tendency to find fault. It has also been pointed out that after the rule of NDA Government, only 8-10% of the schemes were concluded within the stipulated time.
