Speaking at the Munich Security Conference in Germany, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg said that social media giant had improved itself countering online election interference, and expanded on his initiatives for the regulation of social media firms. "I do think that there should be regulation on harmful content. Facebook should be treated as somewhere between a telco and a newspaper," Zuckerberg said.
