UK PM Theresa May fired defence secretary Gavin Williamson over Huawei leak, following an inquiry from a top-level National Security Council meeting. The inquiry followed reports over a plan to allow Huawei limited access to help build the UK's new 5G network. PM lost confidence in his ability to serve. Williamson denied leaking the information. He held that position since 2017 & now Penny Mordaunt will take on the role.
