Thousands trapped in floods in Jakarta

Floods that have devastated much of Indonesia's capital Jakarta have turned things worse destroying thousands of homes and buildings, including the presidential palace. It has also shattered transport networks. Overnight rains saw more rivers bursting their banks in greater Jakarta and sending muddy water up to 5 feet deep into the residential and commercial areas. The heavy downpour has hit the capital since Sunday.
