Indian Navy Vice Admiral G Ashok Kumar said the Chinese Navy getting new port projects in Sri Lanka "could pose a threat" to the interests of India. Vice Admiral Kumar said the Navy is keeping an eye on the entire region and the Predator drones are proving to be of significant help in doing so. He claimed that the Chinese have been making inroads in Sri Lanka, close to the Colombo port that they recently got.
