Total coronavirus cases in India rise to 10,815, Death toll at 353

The total count of people affected with the novel coronavirus has reached 10,815 as the number of cases doubles in 6 days. The death toll now stands at 353. On a positive side, more than 1189 people have been cured till now. The Union Health Ministry recently revealed that in the last 24 hours, the country has seen 1,211 coronavirus cases, 179 cured and 31 deaths. However, PM Modi today extended the lockdown till May 3.
