The Public in Kerela suffered as the public transports were on strike. Started at midnight, Transport unions protested against the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill, against some provisions of the bill and the increase in the petroleum products prices. After the approval from Lok Sabha, the bill is now expecting approval from Rajya Sabha. The strike has been announced by the joint trade unions.
