Turkey's Rumeysa Gelgi has been declared as the tallest female in the world. At 7 feet 0.7inch (215.16cm) she has officially been named the tallest woman alive by Guinness World Records for the second time. Rumeysa’s condition is caused by Weaver’s syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that causes rapid growth, according to medical experts. Additionlly, Rumeysa’s hands and feet are long too measuring 24.5 cm and 30.5 cm, respectively.
