Uber to sue New York City for limiting drivers

The cab service giant 'Uber' plans to take Newyork city to court over the government's decision to limit the number of drivers allowed on streets. Although the officials claim this new rule as a way to combat congestion, Uber argues by stating insufficient evidence to prove it. The company also says that the mayor isn't keen on reviewing congestion studies and has committed to cap the number of drivers already.
