UK: the most drunk nation on earth

According to a Global drug survey, drinkers in the UK get drunk 51.1 times a year on an average, taking the throne of the most drunk nation on earth. Many think that this might be a good time to introduce guidelines of drinking. The earlier reports said that the drinking level among the young adults was going downward in the UK. However, this survey says, even though few people were drinking, they were doing it in a harmful way.
