UN report says over 3.2 billion people affected by shortage of water globally

According to a report by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations that is titled 'The State of Food and Agriculture 2020:Overcoming water challenges in agriculture', more than 3.2 billion people across the world are living in areas that face very high water shortages. Out of the 3.2 billion people, 1.5 billion individuals are severely affected due to serious water shortages or even dry spells.
