UP government takes back over 70 hectares of land from Mohammad Ali Jauhar University

In yet another setback for SP MP Mohammad Azam Khan, the Uttar Pradesh government has taken back more than 70 hectares of land from Mohammad Ali Jauhar University. The action came after Azam Khan’s plea objecting to the state government move to take over the land was dismissed by the Allahabad High Court on Monday. The Rampur district administration took back the land under the watch of Tehsildar Pramod Kumar.
