UP man enters a house to escape dogs but mistaken as thief & allegedly tried to burn alive

A tragic incident in Barabanki, UP! A 28-year-old man Sujit Kumar was visiting his in-laws' house and was chased by stray dogs. He entered a house in order to avoid stray dogs but the occupants of the house mistook him to be a thief. They thrashed him and tried to burn him alive. The victim sustained burn injuries on his back and was rushed to a hospital. His condition is stable, 2 of the accused have been arrested.
