The UP police issued notice to nearly 200 tractor owners following the ruckus during the farmers' tractor rally in Delhi on Republic Day. SP leader Ram Govind Chaudhary slammed the action by the police while accusing the government of threatening the farmers. "In the notice, it has been mentioned that the tractors were used on public roads for commercial work, and minors were driving them," said Bal Mukund Mishra, SHO, Sikandarpur.
