US firm report suggests CIA been listening to everything India and Pakistan say

India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and dozens of other nations bought Swiss encryption equipment. Reports suggest that foreign spies, including CIA agents, would have access to their secrets. However, the list has notable absentees like Russia and China.
