US intelligence agencies have admitted that not being able to identify the origin of Covid-19, the virus that led to the coronavirus pandemic outbreak, is a big possibility. A declassified report by the US Director of National Intelligence said a natural origin and a lab leak are both plausible hypotheses for how the virus infected humans. The argument that the virus originated as a bioweapon, was dismissed in the report.
